Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear ILMAT2023 attendees,

We have Good News! Save money and paper, there is no need to print your poster.

Instead of the traditional posters printed on paper, the poster session will be presented in large LCD displays.

Five 75" LCD displays will be available throughout the conference’s venue, during the whole conference, exclusively for poster presentation and display.

To optimize your poster presentation, please take into account the following screen dimensions:

- Landscape 16:9 orientation; diagonal screen: 1905 mm (75 inches), 1661 mm (length) x 935 mm (height).

in high-resolution .pdf format with the following filename: “ILMAT23_AuthorNameAuthorSurname”,
e.g., ILMAT2023_LuisSantos.pdf

In ILMAT 2023, the poster presentations include two moments:

- Poster Session A and Poster Session B | 1 hour each, ILMAT2023 program (22nd and 23rd November at 14:00),
where the authors have the opportunity (scheduled in ILMAT) to deliver a Short Poster Presentation (overview of the work) (~ 10 min per Poster).
Each poster session (Session A and Session B) will be scheduled in ILMAT and be divided in 5 Slots (Displays).

- Permanent Poster Session | all the posters can be visualized (at any time) on any one of the 5 screens.
